bbartlett@rochesterhabitat.org

Bill manages FCHH's building efforts; designing housing plans, maintaining build schedules and supervising behind the scene construction details. When not dealing with Habitat business, he enjoys playing platform tennis and woodworking. Bill values the company of his wife Maggi and their extended family. They escape to their second home in Grand Manan Island in New Brunswick whenever life's schedule allows.

Kelly Glover
Controller
(585) 546-1470 x306
kglover@rochesterhabitat.org

Kelly oversees all of the financial activities of Flower City Habitat for Humanity. Although it’s hard to summarize her responsibilities in one sentence, Kelly’s main focus is fiscal management and daily financial operations. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys volunteering at her church, the school board, her sorority and a couple community service organizations.  She also enjoys photography, flying kites and walking on nature trails.

Teresa Bianchi

tbianchi@rochesterhabitat.org

Teresa oversees fundraising and donor recognition, as well as Habitat's communication and public relations efforts.  Teresa has worked with various non-profit organizations in the Rochester area including the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Eastman Dental Center and Rochester Rehabilitation Center.  While employed by Telecomp, Teresa has assisted in the development efforts of Northwestern University, Interlochen Center for the Arts, New York Presbyterian and Princeton HealthCare System. Besides her obvious love for non-profit work, Teresa's greatest accomplishment is staying sane while raising her three teenage children.

Carol Castle

Carole Castle
Housing Services Associate
(585) 546-1470 x314
ccastle@rochesterhabitat.org

Carole spends her work weeks monitoring and maintaining mortgage payments for Habitat homeowners. She also runs homeowner education programs and manages incoming applicants for homeownership. She is a single mother of one, who enjoys scrapbooking, stamping and knitting. Whenever she is not using her creative juices, Carole likes to watch her son play football and loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. She is enrolling back into school to complete her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Medaille College this year.

Deanna Varble

Deanna Varble
Associate Manager of Communications
(585) 546-1470 x304
dvarble@rochesterhabitat.org

Deanna handles our communications and marketing - she writes, designs, tweets, and collaborates to make sure FCHH looks and sounds its best. Before becoming a staffer, she was part of FCHH Advancement and ReStore committees as a volunteer while Director of Interactive at Dixon Schwabl. Her love of builder-marketing began with sustainable home builder New Energy Works Timberframers, where she learned she could work in advertising AND make a difference in the world. As a painter/mixed media artist and banjo strummer, you can also find her exploring Rochester as she tries to live up to her muse, Margaret Kilgallen.

Edwin Mageary

Edwin Mageary
Lead Site Supervisor
(585) 370-4900
edwinmageary@rochesterhabitat.org

Edwin oversees the construction of our Habitat homes, teaching volunteers how to do everything from laying a foundation to installing dry-wall. Outside of work he does odd jobs on his days off, enjoys yard work and even fits in the occasional afternoon of golf.

Erwin Mageary

Erwin Mageary
Lead Site Supervisor
(585) 370-3654
erwinmageary@rochesterhabitat.org

No you are not seeing double! Erwin is Edwin's twin brother and he also oversees the construction of our Habitat homes. He keeps the building teams on task and teaches volunteers how to complete daily construction projects. He enjoys going on Habitat build blitz projects, spending a week on "vacation" constructing multiple houses with people from all over the U.S.

Rick Folger
Resource Development Associate
(585)
546-1470 x313

rfolger@rochesterhabitat.org

Rick's unwavering passion for Habitat for Humanity lead him from his volunteer roles as hammer swinger and board member at Genesee Habitat for Humanity to a full-time role with us asking our construction community for in-kind donation. We're incredibly lucky to have him working with our development and ReStore staff to bring the donations full circle. When we can't find Rick in the office it's because he's out persuading people to donate tier overstock or year-end inventory - although we also hear he's been known to sneak down to Cooperstown for a yearly baseball reunion game.

 Kayla Himelein

Kayla Himelein
Volunteer Coordinator & Development Associate
(585) 546-1470 x315
khimelein@rochesterhabitat.org

Kayla's the double-whammy of the sweet, patient voice you'll hear when you call to volunteer with us AND a database powerhouse with a masters from RIT. A girl who get's just as excited about statistics, measurement, and demographics as she does when you put a good slice of WARM apple pie in front of her there isn't a day that goes by where we're not thankful that between checking off the items on her daily to-do list she's scrubbing our database. A snowbunny with killer photography skills don't be surprised if her weekend tales sound more like a 2 week vacation; we're pretty sure she'd trades sleep for fun nearly 94.3% of the time.

Dan Petronio

Dan Petronio
Habitat ReStore Manager
(585) 697-2012
dpetronio@rochesterhabitat.org

Dan comes to us with a long resume of retail experience. He worked as Operations Manager for Dicks Sporting Goods, Store Manager with Toys R Us, and other major retailers before choosing to make the leap to a non-profit retail operation and joining us as Habitat ReStore Store Manager. His degrees in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College and St. John Fisher give him a through understanding of how to run a store, but his heart and passion will always lie on the golf green or spending time with his wife, two sons, daughter, and grandson watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Gene Judge
Associate ReStore Manager
(585) 697-2012
gjudge@rochesterhabitat.org

If Gene's resume of work at AC Moore, Burlington Coat Factory, or Leslie's doesn't help you understand why we're exceited to have him join our ReStore team perhaps his tales from years at Ollies Bargain Outlet will. Of course you'd have to get him off the topic of NASCAR, football, or fishing first - or perhaps we should more
accurately say get him ON topic because while Gene's a quiet guy on the floor we've grown to learn it's all about asking him the right questions. Including getting him chatty about those he loves; wife Jennifer and kids Brandon and Deanna.

  Adam Thompson
ReStore Associate

Adam is a Texas boy through and through. Summer days off from ReStore means all things outdoors; hunting, fishing, and basketball. If you catch him during the winter, he'll be hiding from the cold - even his 5+years in Rochester haven't thickened his blood enough to like the wind or snow. Country music playing and an Oklahoma Sooners football game make his weekend - his love for that football team is the most important thing there is to know about him.

  Terence Wilson
ReStore Associate

Terence is a fisherman - you'll often find him on Lake Ontario hiding out in a fisherman's cove, enjoying the day and hoping for a bite. He's a family man, married for over 17 years and one of 11 brothers and sisters. Hiking, camping, and spending time in the dog parks with his beloved Cosmo, a black and white Siberian Husky, make for a perfect summer.

  Elwin Kevin Castro
ReStore Associate

Elwin's a car guy - or as he puts it "I have an obession with cars. Working on them, showing them, going to car shows - all kinds of cars things. I love them." But cars aren't the only thing close to his heart, Elwin's newly married and loving every minute of life with his other half Kate. They are both family people - and can often be found with Elwin's four brothers or being with Kate's family at the cabin. ReStore is the perfect match for Elwin, as he and Kate recently bought a house and spend a great deal of time on DIY projects - that is when Elwin's not online playing Call of Duty with ReStore co-worker Adam.
