Donation Pick-Ups:
- We'll come and get your donated items. All items must be in a garage or outside (weather permitting) for our arrival. To schedule a free donation pick-up, click here.
- Make sure that your donation meets our list of accepted items (listed below) and all items are outside the home or in a garage for our arrival.
- If you have additional questions about donations or would like to set-up a large, corporate, or continuous donation give us a call at 585-697-2012 or email ReStore@rochesterhabitat.org.
Donation Drop-Offs:
- Drop off donations are accepted Tuesday – Saturday, 9am - 4pm.
- PLEASE do not leave donations outside the ReStores after hours or while we are closed, especially if bad weather is expected. We would hate to waste a beautiful donation that gets caught in the rain or snow. PLUS, when this happens, it actually ends up costing us money as we need to dispose of the items and disposal costs can be pricey!
- Please only leave items that are on our accepted item list below.
