Painting and kitchen cabinet installation on Breck StreetWhile construction has slowed down without having our regular construction volunteers to build with us, work is continuing on our Breck Street rehab.
This week, our Construction Manager (Isaac) installed kitchen cabinets, and the homebuyer (who is asking for privacy) has been spending long hours painting the entire house. New drywall really soaks up a lot of paint, but it's getting there — and the blue bathroom looks great! To help ensure maximum social distancing, they are wearing protective gear including masks and are working at different times or different rooms as much as possible.
