Join us in giving "a hand up not a hand out"

Flower City Habitat for Humanity is a non-denominational Christian housing ministry dedicated to eliminating substandard and poverty housing in Rochester, NY. Since 1984, FCHH has built or renovated over 200 homes, and is one of the largest Habitat affiliates in the northeastern US. We partner with low-income families to make home ownership possible. Homebuyers work alongside volunteers giving 450 sweat-equity hours to Habitat. Once these hours are achieved and a homebuyer has closed, a typical homeowner will pay a 20-30 year, zero interest-equivalent mortgage on their home.
